Pre-heat your oven to bake at 220C and boil your hot water on the hob.2. Roughly cut up your potatoes and broccoli around 1 inch per piece. And blitz your onion in a food processor.3. Place your potato and broccoli pieces in the boiling water to boil for 7-9mins. They shouldn’t be completely cooked though but soft.4. Grate your potato pieces and give your broccoli a few pulses in a food processor or blender until crumbly. To remove any excess water, place your broccoli in a cheese cloth or a tea towel and squeeze all water remaining.5. In a mixing bowl, add your grated Potatoe, crumbled broccoli and onion. Give it a good mix and then add in all your seasonings ensuring you combine well.6. Take a palmful of the mixture and create tater tots sizes moulding with your hand placing them on your baking sheet oven tray.7. Bake for 20-25mins, turning over half way. Source : www.instagram.com
