Yoğurtlu Pancar Salatası (Turkish Beetroot Yoghurt Salad) Ingredients 3 medium or 5 cups beetroots7 tbsp Turkish/Greek yoghurt or non dairy yoghurt3 cloves garlic (grated)3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper1 tbsp parsley (chopped) Steps Scrub, peel & boil beetroots for 15-20 mins.Remove & set aside to cool down.When cool enough to handle, grate beetroot according to preference.In another bowl, combine the rest od the ingredients (except parsley) & stir well.Add the grated beetroot into the yoghurt mixture & taste to adjust seasoning.Transfer to a serving bowl/plate, garnish with parsley & chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve (salad can be enjoyed at room temperature too) Source : www.instagram.com
