Download ImageVia Carota’s Insalada Verde Ingredients1 head butter lettuce1 romaine heart1 Belgian endive, leaves separated1 small bunch watercress, rinsed1 small bunch friséeIngredients Salad Dressing1 cup very good olive oil3 Tbs aged sherry vinegar1 shallot, minced, rinsed1 1⁄2 tsp creamy Dijon mustard1 1⁄2 tsp grainy whole grain Dijon mustard1 clove garlic, grated4 Tbs honey2 sprigs fresh thyme leaves1⁄2 tsp salt, or to tasteFreshly ground pepperSteps1. Wash all lettuces. Mix, pile on plates.2. Rinse shallots for 30 seconds to reduce their bite. Whip the olive oil, mustards, vinegar and honey together. Strip the thyme leaves from their stalk and stir in the thyme, grated garlic and minced shallot. Add salt and pepper to taste.3. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve. Source : www.instagram.com
