Pre-heat oven to bake at 200C2. In a pot, add in you water, sugar, essence, coconut oil at medium heat until it reaches a boil.3. Once boiled add in your flour gradually and ensure to mix together really well. Watch out for any flour bits that haven’t been fully incorporated. Let it cool for 5 mins.4. In a piping bag add your churro mixture. If you don’t have a big enough star tip to give that churro look don’t worry you can use just a piping bag cutting the end to however big in diameter you want the churros to have.5. On a baking sheet pipe out long sticks and bake for 25-30 mins flipping over halfway.6. In the meantime you can make your vegan chocolate dip adding chocolate pieces to a bowl with a Tbsp of oil and microwaving it stirring every half a minute until smooth!7.
