Sheer Khurma is a traditional Pakistani dessert that is typically served during the Islamic holiday of Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan. It is a sweet and creamy vermicelli pudding that is made with milk, sugar, vermicelli noodles, and various nuts and dried fruits.

To make Sheer Khurma, vermicelli noodles are first toasted in ghee or clarified butter until golden brown. Milk is then added to the pan and brought to a simmer, along with sugar and cardamom powder. Once the sugar has dissolved, the mixture is allowed to cook for a few more minutes until the vermicelli noodles are tender.

Dried fruits such as dates, raisins, and chopped almonds and pistachios are then added to the pan and cooked until softened. The Sheer Khurma is then garnished with more chopped nuts and dried fruits before being served.

Sheer Khurma is a rich and indulgent dessert that is perfect for special occasions or celebrations. It is typically served warm or at room temperature, and can be enjoyed on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
