Pecan Tarts Ingredients 8 frozen small tarts1/2 cup whole pecans1 egg1/2 cup corn or maple syrup1/4 cup Redpath brown sugar1/4 cup butter1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/8 to salt Direction 1: in a saucepan add brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, salt and vanilla mix till all dissolve.2: when starting bubbling take it off the stove and let it cook down.3: when it cooled down, whisk the egg and add it slowly and mix4: pour the mix into the tarts.5: top with pecans6: Bake in preheated oven at 380F for18 minutes or till golden colour7: take out and let it cool down.
