Mini Tacos Quesadillas

Ingredients

Tortilla 4 mini u can use flour or corn

For Tacos Filling

Onion 1 medium sized choppedGinger garlic paste 1 tablespoonChicken boneless in cubes 1 cupBell peppers 1/4 cupsweet Corn 1/4 cupBlack olives as desiredSalt to tastePaprika 1 tablespoonWhite pepper 1 tablespoonCumin powder 1 tablespoonOregano thyme 1 tablespoonOlive oil 3-4 tablespoonsready made pizza sauce 4/6 tablespoonscheddar and mozzarella cheese 1 cup

Method

In a wok add olive oil and then add chopped onion and sauté fry for few minAdd Ginger garlic paste and sauté fry again for few minAdd chicken cubes and sauté fry for few minAdd all the spices and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minAdd bell peppers , olives and corns and cook on medium flame for 2-3 min

Assembly

Add pizza sauce on the tortilla breadAdd the tacos filling on topAdd cheeseNow flip the tortillaGrill on the griller for 3-5 min until golden crisp and enjoy
