Watch Video Kidney Beans Fasolya Ingredients 3 cans red kideney beans1 large chopped onion6 large chopped garlic cloves2 tbsp chopped cilantro or more for your liking2 tbsp olive oilBroth or water to cover ( you can mix water with 1 cube beef bouillon)Cooked meat ( optional)Cherry tomato cut in half2 tbsp tomato paste1 bay leafSalt and pepper for your liking Rice 1 cup rice used @tildacanada long grain basmati rice1/4 cup vermicelli2 cups water1 tsp salt2 tbsp olive oil Note don’t over cook the fasolya cuz the beans already cooked just cook for 5 to 10 minutes maximum. Direction 1: In a pot add olive oil then sauté the onion and garlic.2: add cilantro then mix.3: empty 3 cans of kidney beans in a strainer then wash.4: add the kidney mix than add the broth with the meat and mix.5: add cherry tomatoes( if you like them more soft sauté little bit with the onion)6: add bay leaf, salt , pepper and tomato paste.7: mix and bring to boil simmer for 5 minutes than turn off the heat.8: while the fasolya simmering make the rice.9: in a pot add olive oil and Vermicelli cook till golden color.10: wash the soaked rice and strain any access of water.11:add on top the vermicelli with salt and water mix bring to boil than lower the heat to lowest setting and cover.12: cook for 10 minutes than turn off the heat and leave it covere for 5 to 10 minutes.
