Combine all the Kani Mayo ingredients in a bowl (except lettuce), mix well2. Combine and mix well the rice ingredients in a bowl and store in the fridge for 1 hr3. Place one seaweed sheet in a working surface4. Top with rice in the center followed by lettuce, kani mayo mixture and cover with more rice5.
