In a pot, heat up the oil and put the kernels. Cover it up. Let the kernels pop. You can shake the pot occasionally. Safe aside.2. In another pot, mix water and sugar, then heat them up. No need to stir until it shows light brown colour. Turn off the heat.3. Still on the stove, add the butter. Stir until melted.4. Add salt and baking soda. Keep stirring until caramelized (the colour is darker).5. Pour on popcorn. Give it a good stir until incorporated.6. Spread on tray. Let them chilled.7. Once cool, break it into pieces of popcorn.
