Sautee until translucent.Add the sliced mushrooms & cook until softened.Now add all the veggies of your choice & stor-fry for 2 mins.Add the curry powder, soy sauce & sriracha & mix well.Next, add the sausages, coconut cream/milk & water and mix well.Now add the chilli, basil, lemon zest, keffir leaves & lemongrass and salt n pepper.Simmer on medium flame for 3-5 mins.Finally, add the cooked noodles & simmer for another 2-4 mins.
