Creamy Chicken Patties

Ingredients

1. Butter 4 tbl.sp2. Onion chopped 2 medium3. Salt 1 tsp4. Black Pepper grounded 2 tsp5. All Purpose Flour 4 tbl.sp6. Chicken boneless 500 gm boiled and shredded(chicken boiled with 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste)7. Milk 2 cups8. Puff Patry Roll Sheet / Puff Pastry Squares9. Whole Egg 110. Black and white Sesame Seeds for sprinkle

How To Make

1. Add butter in pan and let it melt on slow flame.2. Once butter melt add chopped onion in pan and saute on slow flame until onion get translucent.3. Add in salt and black pepper and mix well with sauted onions.4. Cook for 30 seconds then add all purpose flour in pan. Roast well flour on slow flame until aroma comes off.5. Once flour roasted well and looks crumbly add boiled and shredded chicken in pan.6. Roast chicken for a minute on medium flame.7. After a minute of roasting add milk gradually, first add half cup and mix well, once its get thicker add remaining milk in chicken and cook on medium high flame until it comes in a form of kneaded dough.8. Switch off the flame on this stage, it will get more thicker once its cool down.9. Now take a puff pastry roll sheet and cut the sheet in equal squares. Now keep them separately.10. Take egg and whisk well and brush all the squares with whisked egg.11. Add chicken filling on each puff square, once all done put them close in triangle shape.12. Slightly press the edges with fingers then seal with the fork prints.13. You can freeze Patties on this stage.14. For baking brush the top of patties with egg, make slight cuts on top with knife and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
