Preheat oven to 190C. In a bowl, mix together the softened butter and sugar. Then beat in the egg and vanilla essence.2. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, (make sure to sieve to ensure super fine) salt and baking powder if using.3. Mix together the contents of both bowls and stir in the chocolate chunks.4. Roll small walnut size balls from the dough and place on tray lined with baking paper.5.
