Download ImageIngredients You’ll Need1 cup blanched almond flour1/2 cup creamy cashew butter2.5 tbsp maple syrup1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp almond extract *optional but really adds to the cake flavour.Sprinkles more for rolling balls in, @watkins.1868StepsAdd all ingredients to a mixing bowl or blender, minus the sprinkles and mix/blend until a dough starts to form. *if mixture is too dry add more cashew butter or maple syrup if you’d like sweeter.If dough is too wet, add another scoop of almond flour.Once well mixed dough like, fold in your sprinkles.I use a cookie scoop to form the balls. Either leave in this shape or roll into balls and through more sprinkles.Store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer.*if you don’t have almond flour, I’ve tried the recipe with oat flour and it works.
