Download ImageIngredients110g butter melted (1/2 cup)220g brown sugar (1 cup)1 egg1 tsp vanilla extract120g all purpose flour (1 cup)A pinch of salt3 tsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon for the crustStepsIn a big bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar until combined.Stir in the egg and vanilla.Add the flour and salt and mix just until combined.Spread evenly in a 20×20 baking dish that is already lined with parchment paper (I like to also brush the sides with butter before adding the paper).Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes or when an inserted toothpick comes out partially clean.It’s important not to over bake.Let cool before cutting.
