Choc Orange Blondies are a type of dessert made with a combination of chocolate and orange flavors. The base of the dessert is a dense, chewy, and buttery blondie, which is similar to a brownie but made without cocoa powder. The blondie batter is mixed with chocolate chips and flavored with fresh orange zest and orange extract.

Choc Orange Blondies Ingredients

1 cup of plain flour2 tsp of vanilla extract1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice1 cup of chocolate chips3/4 cup of sugar1/3 cup of melted butter2 eggs

Method

1. Add the flour, vanilla extract, orange juice, chocolate chips, sugar, melted butter and eggs to a large bowl and mix well2. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish3. Bake at 180C for around 30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean4. Enjoy!
