Directions

1. Slice two peeled bananas.2. Line a plate or pan with parchment paper and spread cashew butter on half of the banana slices.3. Top with another banana slice to make a banana cashew butter sandwich. Place in freezer.4. While bananas are freezing, melt 1/4 cup of white chocolate in microwave or on stove. Watch to make sure it does not burn.5. Remove chocolate from microwave and add a drop of almond extract. stir.6. Remove banana bites from the freezer and dip each bite half way into chocolate. Sprinkle or dip in sprinkles.7. Place banana bites back into the freezer for chocolate to set.
