For The Bechamel I Used 3/4 cup salted butter (room temperature)3/4 cup plain flour700 mls full cream milkPinch of nutmeg1tsp @vegeta_australia stock Steps Combine flour and butter in a pot and whisk together until all melted , don’t stop whisking so the sauce doesn’t get lumps slowly incorporate the milk bit by bit and whisk until it’s the consistency you like . Add the nutmeg and vegeta together and whisk in .If you want it more runny add more milkAdd some mozzarella cheese if you like too .Ensure you top off the pasta when bechamel sauce is hot before it thickens up so have all ingredients and pasta cooked and ready to go before hand .
