Use your hands to press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.Add the avocados, lime juice, zest, coconut butter, liquid honey and salt to a food processor and pulse until well combined and creamy.Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Transfer to the freezer and let set for an hour or overnight. Slice and store in an airtight container in the freezer.***We recommend using vanilla bean powder for it’s fantastic and naturally sweet flavor, but you could also use 1 Tbs. pure vanilla bean extract, just check to make sure it does not contain added sugars and add coconut oil, 1 Tbs. at a time so that your crust is not too moist.
