Soboro Ppang is a popular Korean bakery item that consists of a soft, fluffy bread roll filled with a sweet and savory filling and topped with a crumbly streusel topping. Ingredients

300g bread flour1 egg6g yeast1/2 tsp salt1 egg35g condensed milk210g water40g salted butter (or unsalted butter salt)filling : earl grey and choco spreads

Steps

mix all ingredients in a mixer or knead by hand, adding the butter lastlycover and let it rise for 1 hourdivide into 8 portions and round into ballscover for 15 minsflatten the dough and add 3 tsp of jam to each, round into balls againdip one side into water then coat with the streuselferment again for 45-60 minsbake at 175-180C for 15-20mins
