Mix all shortbread ingredients.2. Put the mixture to a tin then press firmly until flat evenly.3. Put it into fridge for an hour.4. In a sauce pan, mix all the caramel ingredients. Cook them in a medium heat. Keep stiring until golden brown in color.5. Pour it over the shortbread, then put it back into fridge for another hour.6.
