Mix all shortbread ingredients.2. Put the mixture to a tin then press firmly until flat evenly.3. Put into preheated oven at temperature 180 celcius degrees for about 25 minutes.4. Take it out then chill.5. In a sauce pan, mix all the caramel ingredients. Cook them in a medium heat. Keep stiring until golden brown in color.6. Pour it over the shortbread, then put it into fridge for about an hour.7. Using au bein marie method, melt the milk chocolate, then pour over the caramel.8. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top.9.
