Download ImageIngredients• 3 egg yolks• 3 1/2 tbs of milk• 3 tbs of flour• 3 egg whites• 2 tbs of sugar• toppings of choice ( i used strawberries, blueberries, banana, powdered sugar and greek yoghurt)Steps1. In a bowl mix in the egg yolks, sugar and flour using a whisk until its a thick consistency2. Using a mixer whisk the egg whites and add in the sugar, then whip until stiff peaks3. Add in some of the meringue to the egg yolk mixture and mix well4. Add in the remaining meringue and mix until well incorporated using a spatula (don’t overmix it!)5. On a non stick pan(low heat), spray a bit of oil and remove excess oil with tissue paper5. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the batter and place it on the pan. Then add another scoop on top to make it fluffy6. Add tiny bits of water on the side of the pan so that it cooks throughly7. Cover the pan completely for 3-4mins then flip it!8. Put tiny bits of water again and cover till it’s cooked9. Place it on a plate and add ur desired toppings!10. ENJOY!! Source : www.instagram.com
