Halawat El Jibin, also known as Halawet Al Jibn, is a traditional Lebanese dessert made from a sweet cheese dough that is filled with a cream mixture, rolled, and then drizzled with a sweet syrup. The cheese dough is made from a combination of cheese, semolina, and sugar, which is then rolled into thin layers and filled with the cream mixture made from milk, sugar, and cornstarch.

The rolls are cut into bite-sized pieces and drizzled with a sweet syrup made from sugar, water, and orange blossom water. Halawat El Jibin is typically served cold and is a popular dessert during special occasions and celebrations in Lebanon.
