Method

Preheat the oven @ 180 Celsius for 15 minIn a bowl whisk eggs with sugar for 3-5 minAdd butter and whisk again for 3-5 minAdd sifted flour , baking powder , orange blossom extract , orange juice , and mix well with spatulaIn the end add cream and mix well with spatulaTransfer to pregreased loaf tin and top with nutsBake @ 150 Celsius for 45-50 min until skewer comes out cleanOnce baked coat the sugar & milk syrup and let it rest for 1 hourTop with more pistachios and enjoy
