In food processor, put all the ingredients in except, flour, spring onion, and wrapper.2. Once the mixture like a paste, add flour and sliced spring onion. Mix it thoroughly.3. Take a piece of wrapper. Spoon oneful tsp of the mixture, the put on wrapper. Wrap it nicely. Add topping on top.4. Steam them for about 12-15 mins. Take them out. Enjoy with your favourite sauce!
