Home Made Khoya

ghee 3 tablespoonsfresh milk 3/4 cupdry milk powder 1 cup @nidoarabiacooking cream 3 tablespoons @almarai

Method

Wash & Peel the carrots with peeler and then cut them in round shapeBoil the carrots with milk on medium flame until tender and easily mashable This will take about 30-40 min until milk is completely evaporatedMash them with hand mortar they will be easily mashed once they are soft and tender after boilingNow add ghee & then add few cardamomsKeep stirring with wooden spoon for few minutes then add sugar and again stir on slow to medium flame flame for 30 minKeep stirring until the ghee comes upThe color will change from raw orange to golden reddish in colorAdd nuts and khoya on the top and enjoy

For Home Made Khoya

In the sauce pan add ghee and then add cooking cream and stir for few min on medium flameThen add fresh milk and stir again for few minFinally add the dry milk powder and keep stirring until the mixture starts to thicken and leave the base of pan , will take 10-12 min of continuous stirringSet it in a pan until it’s firm and ready to use
