Loosen the noodle strain3. Heat oil in a pan, toss noodle and soy sauce for 1-2 mins. Remove and set asideGravy1. Blend garlic, shallots and candlenut until smooth in a food processor3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the paste until brown4. Add sliced beef and brown5. Toss in the green mustard, until just wilted6. Add seasoning sauce (except sesame oil) and broth bring it to a simmer7. Pour in tapioca slurry and mix well8. Lastly add green onion, chilies (if using), and sesame oil. Stir for a mins.
