Ingredients For Dought

1 kilo good quality plain flour3 heaped table spoons loose yeast2 table spoons salt2 table spoons caster sugar500 ml lukewarm water100 ml milk (cold is fine )2 table spoons olive oil to grease the bowl .

Method

In a measuring cup add the lukewarm water and add the yeast and the caster sugar and mix well , let it rest about 10 mins until it has froth on top layer . Then add the milk to it .In a stand mixer add the flour and salt .Add the yeast , sugar , water and milk mixture to it and mix well with a dough hook for 3-4 mins until it forms a large ball .If you feel it’s a tad dry add small drops of water and vice bersa if it’s a little too wet add small amounts of flour , but these measurements are quite spot on .Grease a large bowl with some oil and add the dough and cover well with a damp cloth and leave to rest in a warm spot .Allow 1/1-5 hours for it to rise.On a floured bench roll into a log and cut into desired amounts per pizza .(This amount makes about 4 family size pizzas)Roll into circles and place on floured bench and cover and allow to rest a further 20 mins before rolling out .

Toppings I Used For 4 Large Pizzas

2 large brown diced onions- cooked first1/2 kilo beef mince cooked with onions @marble_meats season the beef with 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.2 cans champignons (canned mushrooms )2 large green capsicums – sliced2 cans diced pineapple1 small jars kalamata olives2 standard size packs @perfect_italianoau mozzarella cheese1/2 jar tomato paste for pizza bases

Bake at 200 about 25 mins or until it’s cookedOvens may vary .
