Sfouf is a popular Lebanese semolina cake that’s light, fluffy, and has a beautiful golden color.
It’s easy to make and can be dairy-free by using water instead of milk, and it will still taste delicious.
Note: Start with 2 1/2 cups of milk. If needed, you can add the other half. The amount may vary depending on the type of flour used—some require more liquid, while others need less.
