Chop Celery, Carrot, Broccoli, Courgette, Tomato into big chunks and boil it along with adding the peas. Boil for up to 10 minutes and then drain.2. Drain leaving a little bit of water and food process until you get a porridge like consistency.3. In a pan heat some oil adding two dried chillis. Add In the chopped onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then remove the dried chillis. Add the blended tomato’s with hing and tomato purée.4. Stir well on low heat adding all spices along with pav bhaji masala allowing it to simmer for a few minutes.5. Pour back in the blended vegetables mixing well on low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.6. Heat up griddle and just spread tiny bit of butter then put one side of the bun to cook for half a minute, turn over and spread a butter on top and turn over once again to cook for 30 seconds.
