Pancake muffins are a fun and easy twist on traditional pancakes. They are a hybrid between muffins and pancakes, and are made by pouring pancake batter into muffin tins and baking them in the oven. Pancake muffins can be made in various flavors, such as blueberry, chocolate chip, banana, and pumpkin.

To make pancake muffins, you will need basic pancake ingredients such as flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk, and butter. You can also add in additional ingredients for flavor and texture, such as fruit, chocolate chips, or nuts.

To make the pancake muffins, you first mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl, then separately mix together the wet ingredients in another bowl. Next, you combine the two mixtures and stir until just combined. Then, fold in any additional ingredients you would like to include. Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 of the way full.

Bake the pancake muffins in a preheated oven at 375°F for approximately 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Pancake muffins are a great on-the-go breakfast or snack option, and can be served with syrup, honey, or your favorite toppings.
