Download ImageWatch Video Nastar Crumble Cake Ingredientswet ingredients:– 1 egg– 35g granulated sugar– 2 tbsp coconut oil– 225 ml soymilk (or any type of milk)dry ingredients:– 50g oat flour– 25g whole wheat flour (or more oat flour)– 15g corn starch– 86g sweet cookies– 180g-200g whipping cream– sugar (i didnt use cuz my cookies r sweet but i regret it afterward i suggest to add 20-25g sugar)– 100g thin pineapple slicesWays– whisk the wet ingredients.– add in the dry ingredients and continue to whisk. i recommend moving the batter to a measuring cup so u can easily pour it to the pan.– heat a pan (best to use non-stick ones), add some oil, pour the batter and spread it– cook over low heat for about 2 mins, flip and cook the other side for 30 secs – 1 min– repeat the step until all batter is used– mash some cookies for the crumble, set aside– whip the whipping cream. add in the sugar gradually. i whipped it for abt 2,5-3 mins– when the crepes have completely cooled down, take 1 crepe and spread whipping cream on top of it, add cookie crumbles. repeat the step for the 2nd layer but top with pineapple slices, then cover with more cream– repeat until all crepes are used. lastly, put some pineapple tart on top and add cookie crumbles Source : www.instagram.com
