2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend1 tablespoon of garlic powder1/2 cup of your favorite ready-made salsa2 tablespoons of diced green onion1/2 packet of your favorite ready-made taco seasoning2 packs of softened cream cheeseCrispy fried onions or pecans for the coating.

Steps

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, salsa, and onions until well combined.Place the cheese mixture onto cling wrap. Form it into the shape of a football, or any other shape!Refrigerate for an hour or overnight for even better results.Once ready to serve, coat with the crispy onion or pecans.Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers.Complete your charcuterie board with your favorite fresh veggies, beef sticks, cold cuts and nuts.
