Ingredients

1 pack of coconut instant pudding(you can use vanilla) 2 cups of milk to prepare the pudding1 sachet of whipped cream powder 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tsp of vanilla to prepare it1 readymade pound cake.1 can of pineapple in juice.

Steps

Step one: prepare the coconut pudding according to box directions.Step two: prepare the whipped cream according to box directions (1/2 cup of milk to each sachet of cream)Step three: prepare your pineapple, drain the juices and set aside.Step three: cut your readymade pound cake.Step four: assemble the layers (cake, pudding, whipped cream, pineapple)Garnish, Chill for few hours and enjoy!*** Note: use the juice from the pineapple to soak the cake in to make it juicy.
