Easter Egg Brownies

Ingredients

1 1⁄4 cup butter, unsalted ( 2 1/2 sticks)2 1⁄2 cups light brown sugar, packed4 lg eggs1 1⁄2 cups dark cocoa powder3⁄4 tsp salt1 Tbs vanilla extract3⁄4 cup all purpose flour1 1⁄4 cup chopped Easter egg candies

Directions

1. Chop butter, place in microwave safe bowl. Stir in brown sugar. Microwave at 30 second intervals until butter is melted.2. Mix well with hand or stand mixer until combined well.3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.4. Add cocoa powder, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in flour.5. Line 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper to remove brownies easily.6. Pour in brownie mixture, top with 1 cup chopped eggs7. Bake 45-55 minutes
