Bahan Nasi Daun Jeruk<\/h2>\n

500 gr beras, cuci bersih dan tiriskan
\n700 ml air (me : air mendidih)
\n100 ml santan kental murni (boleh pakai santan siap pakai)
\n2 sdt kaldu ayam atau jamur bubuk
\n12-15 lbr daun jeruk, buang seratnya dan iris tipis
\n1 batang serai, memarkan
\n1 1\/2 sdt garam
\n1 sdt gula pasir<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Nasi Daun Jeruk<\/h2>\n

1. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis daun jeruk dan serai hingga aromanya wangi. Tambahkan beras dan tumis sebentar.
\n2. Masukkan beras ke dalam rice cooker bersama dengan air,\u00a0kaldu ayam bubuk, garam, gula, kaldu bubuk. Tutup dan tekan tombol masak.
\n3. Setelah matang, buka rice cooker dan tuang santan kental. Aduk rata dg bantuan sepasang sumpit, koreksi rasa. Bila kurang asin, bisa tambahkan garam. Tekan tombol masak sekali lagi.
