\n50 ml santan kental
\n1 bh jeruk nipis
\nCabe rawit utuh secukupnya
\nGaram, kaldu jamur, gula secukupnya<\/p>\n

Bumbu Halus<\/h2>\n

8 siung bawang merah
\n5 siung bawang putih
\n1\/2 sdt jinten butir
\nSedikit lada butir
\n1 jempol kunyit
\n2 cm jahe
\nKayu manis sedikit
\n1 bh bunga lawang
\n1 bh kapulaga
\n1 sdm ketumbar
\n10 bh cabe merah keriting
\n17 bh cabe rawit merah<\/p>\n

Caranya<\/h2>\n

1. Cuci bersih kepala ikan lalu tiriskan. Lumuri dengan perasaan jeruk nipis diamkan 15 menit. Lalu bilas dengan air bersih. Rebus 5 menit dalam air mendidih angkat bilas dengan air bersih. Tiriskan
\n2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum masukkan daun jeruk, sereh, bunga lawang, kapulaga aduk rata masak hingga bumbu matang.
\n3. Tuang santan sedang sambil diaduk-aduk hingga mendidih. Masukkan kepala ikan tambahkan garam, kaldu jamur, gula, asam glugur aduk-aduk pelan. Diamkan sebentar
