300 gr pisang matang haluskan ( bisa pisang ambon, cavendis, raja )
\n70 ml SKM
\n65 ml santan instan (segitiga)<\/p>\n

Bahan B<\/h2>\n

4 btr telur utuh
\n2 btr kuning telur
\n225 gr gula pasir (klo suka manis bisa pake 250gr )
\n1 sdt SP<\/p>\n

Bahan C<\/h2>\n

320 gr tepung prot sedang
\n2 sdm susu bubuk
\n1\/2 sdt Baking Powder
\n1\/2 sdt vanili
\n200 gr butter\/margarin dicairkan<\/p>\n

Taburan<\/h2>\n

keju, almond ato kismis<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Bolu Pisang Moist<\/h2>\n

Campur bahan A
\nKocok bahan B sampai mengembang
\nmasukkan bahan A, kocok 1 menit
\nlalu masukkan bahan C, aduk pake mixer speed paling rendah asal campur aja
\nmatikan mixer, sempurnakan campuran adonan dg spatula
\nmasukkan butter cair aduk sampai rata
\ntuang ke loyang uk.26 cm yg sudah dioles carlo ato mentega tabur terigu (jika loyang sultan tak usah tabur trigu)
\ntabur atasnya dg keju ato kismis (optional)
\npanggang dg suhu kurleb 170c api atas bawah selama kurang lebih 35-40 mnt (sesuaikan oven msg2 ya..ini sy pake oven uk 35 L) semakin besar oven suhu agak dinaikkan ..
