Bahan Crust<\/h2>\n

50 gr butter
\n50 gr margarin
\n50 gr gula halus
\n1 butir kuning telur
\n20 gr susu bubuk
\n210 gr terigu pro sedang<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Crust<\/h2>\n

Aduk kuning telur gula margarin butter sampai tercampur rata
\nMasukan susu bubuk dan tepung,aduk rata tapi jangan over mix ya
\nTimbang adonan 25 gr lalu cetak menggunakan cetakan pie yang telah di oles margarin
\nLakukan sampai habis,tusuk bagian bawah menggunakan garpu
\nPanggang sampai setengah matang sesuai suhu oven masing2 (me 170 selama 20 mnt)
\nKeluarkan dari cetakan
\nSemprot dengan Cream Cheese sampai penuh
\nPanggang lagi di suhu 200 selama 10_15 menit di rak atas<\/p>\n

Bahan Cream Cheese<\/h2>\n

120 gr whip Cream cair
\n120 gr susu UHT ATAU BISA PAKAI 240 GR SUSU UHT
\n40 gr gula pasir
\n9 gr maizena
\n1 butir telur 1 kuning telur , kocok rata
\n100 gr Cream Cheese
\nVanilla ekstrak
\nSejumput garam<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Cream Cheese<\/h2>\n

Panaskan Whipp Cream susu gula dg api kecil, sampai gula larut (sampai tahap hangat saja tidak perlu sampai mendidih)
\nCampur telur maizena sedikit susu hangat , aduk sampai rata
\nTuang telur ke panci dan masak dengan api kecil sampai kental
\nMasukan Cream Cheese garam vanilla ekstrak , aduk sampai Cream Cheese larut
\nMatikan api dan siap di gunakan
