Bahan Kulit<\/h2>\n

150 gr Terigu
\n400 ml Susu cair
\n1 btr Telur
\n1\u20444 sdt Garam
\n2 sdm Minyak sayur<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Kulit<\/h2>\n

Aduk semua bahan hingga tercampur rata, lalu saring sampai tidak ada yg bergerindil. Panaskan teflon, buat dadar tipis2 di teflon (aku pakai kwalik). Sisakan adonan jangan dibuat kulit semua \/ sesuaikan dengan isi, bila isi risoles masih ada baru didadar lagi.<\/p>\n

2 bh Wortel, potong kotak2 kecil
\n2 bh Kentang, potong kotak2 kecil
\n1 btg Daun seledri, iris halus
\n3 btr Bawang merah
\n2 siung Bawang putih
\n(Bamer dan baput nya dihaluskan)
\n300 ml Susu cair UHT
\n1 sdm Terigu (cairin kasih air sedikit)
\n1 sdt Garam
\n2 sdt Kaldu jamur
\n2 sdt Gula
\n1\u20442 sdt Merica<\/p>\n

Bahan Pencelup<\/h2>\n

Pakai adonan untuk kulit risoles
\nBahan pelapis:
\nTepung panir atau tepung roti<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Isi<\/h2>\n

Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan wortel dan kentang, tambahkan susu cair, garam, kaldu jamur, gula dan merica. Aduk rata, masak sampai empuk, lalu tambahkan cairan terigu, masukkan daun seledri, aduk2 terus hingga menyusut dan mengental. Angkat dan sisihkan.<\/p>\n

Penyelesaian<\/h2>\n

Ambil selembar kulit, isi dengan bahan isi, lalu lipat dan gulung, lakukan hingga adonan habis, lalu masuklan ke bahan pencelup, balurkan ke bahan pelapis hingga rata, goreng dalam minyak banyak yg sdh panas.
