Bahan Craquelin<\/h2>\n

40 gr butter suhu ruang
\n35 gr castor sugar
\n40 gr tepung terigu<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Craquelin<\/h2>\n

campur buter dan gula castor sugar aduk2 dg garpu sd tercampur rata, masukkan tepung terigu aduk sd rata, letakkan diantara 2 plastik, tipiskan dg rolling pin kurleb 0,3 cm, simpan di frezeer sd agak mengeras. Cetak dg cookie cutter bulat seukuran choux, sy 4 cm (bila lembek digilas lagi dan simpan di frezeer kembali sblm dipotong2).<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Sus Craquelin<\/h2>\n

1. Rebus air dan margarin hingga mendidih.
\n2. Masukkan tepung terigu lalu aduk hingga kalis, angkat, dinginkan.
\n3. Stlh dingin, masukkan bertahap sambil dikocok dgn mixer hingga kental & rata, masukkan dl piping bag yg diberi spuit.
\n4. Semprotkan adonan ke atas loyang yang dialas baking paper\/silpat dg diameter 4 cm (sesuai ukuran craquelin).
\n5. Taruh adonan craquelin diatas adonan sus.
\n6. Panggang dlm oven yg sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya suhu 200C sd mengembang, kokoh dan tidak ada lagi buih-buih margarin lagi di permukaannya dan berwarna cokelat keemasan, turunkan suhunya.<\/p>\n

4 kuning telur
\n80 gr gula pasir
\n40 gr maizena
\n10 gr terigu pro sedang
\n500 ml susu cair
\nVanilla ekstrak
\nSejumput garam
\n30 gr butter<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Vla<\/h2>\n

1. Aduk telur, gula, dan garam, masukkan maizena dan terigu, masukkan susu, saring.
