4 lonjor fillet ikan dori fresh, potong sesuai selera (aku pake dori frozen)

\n1 sdm air jeruk lemon
\n1\/2 sdt kaldu bubuk ( aku tambah sedikit garam)
\n1\/2 sdt lada bubuk<\/p>\n

Cara Marinasi Ikan<\/h2>\n

cuci ikan
\nkemudian marinasi ikan dengan smua bumbu lainnya, diamkan min. 30 menit<\/p>\n

Tepung Kering ( Aduk Rata)<\/h2>\n

1 sdm tepung meizena
\n5 sdm tepung beras<\/p>\n

Tepung Basah ( Aduk Sampe Halus)<\/h2>\n

200gr tepung segitiga
\n1 sdt baking powder
\n1 kaleng air soda tawar ( scheweppes 330 ml)
\n2 sdt permesan bubuk ( aku ga pake ya)
\n1 sdt peres bubuk bawang putih
\n1\/2 sdt kaldu bubuk \/ sesuai selera<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Fish Fry<\/h2>\n

masukan ikan ke tepung kering kemudian ke tepung basah
\ngoreng di minyak panas dan banyak ya minyaknya
\napi sedang aja biar ga cepet gosong<\/p>\n

Tar Tar Sauce<\/h2>\n

5 sdm mayonese ( aku pake merk maestro)
\n1\/2 bawang bombay, potong dadu, tumis sebentar
\ngaram lada secukupnya
\n2 sdt susu kental manis
\n1 sdt air lemon
\nparsley kering secukupnya<\/p>\n
