Bahan Creme Brulee<\/h2>\n

250 ml Susu UHT
\n150 ml Whipping cream cair
\n80 gr Gula pasir
\n4 Kuning telur
\n12 gr Maizena
\n1 \/4 sdt Garam
\n1 sdt Vanilla
\nGula pasir sckpnya untuk membuat karamel atasya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Creme Brulee<\/h2>\n

1. Masak Susu UHT dan Whipping cream kgn sampai mendidih, ckp hangat saja
\n2. Di dlm mangkok masukkan kuning telur, gula pasir aduk rata
\n3. Tuangkan sdkt demi sdkt cairan susu td, sambil di aduk
\n4. Tambahkan garam, vanilla
\n5. Lalu buang bagian adonan yg berbuih
\n6. Tuangkan adonan kdlm cup\/ pyrex tahan panas, letakkan di atas loyang yg berisi air panas
\n7. Panggang suhu 175c api atas bawah selama 30 menit atau tergantung oven masing2
\n8. Dinginkan dlm kulkas , hingga set
\n9. Beri taburan gula di atasnya, lalu bikin caramel seperti di video ( bila teman2 tdk memiliki gas torch ) bs lakukan cara ini
