Bahan Strawberry Panna Cotta;<\/h2>\n

150 ml susu cair rasa strawberry
\n150 ml whip cream cair\/heavy cream
\n2 sdt gelatin bubuk halal
\n1 sdt vanilla extract
\nSecukupnya gula (sesuaikan tingkat kemanisan)<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Panna Cotta<\/h2>\n

Ambil 50 ml susu cair, larutkan gelatin bubuk hingga mengembang. Dalam panci, dgn api kecil masak sisa susu, whip cream cair dan gula hingga larut dan timbul gelembung halus dipinggir panci, matikan api.
\nCampur dengan adonan gelatin, aduk hingga rata. Tuang dalam wadah\/cup dan dinginkan. Akan set apabila disimpan dlm kulkas min 2 jam<\/p>\n

Bahan Strawberry Compote\/sauce;<\/h2>\n

125 gr buah strawberry
\n1-2 sdm air lemon
\n4 sdm gula pasir
\n1\/2 sdt vanilla extract<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Strawberry Compote<\/h2>\n

Bersihkan dahulu buah strawberry, dgn cara direndam air garam selama kurleb 10 menit utk menghilangkan bakteri & serangga, tiriskan & potong2. Dengan api kecil, masak semua bahan saus. Aduk2 dan tekan buah agar keluar airnya & masak hingga agak mengental (tidak terlalu kental spt selai). Sisihkan dan dinginkan<\/p>\n
