350 santan (me : 1 bks santan instan ukuran 65 mil air)
\n200 gr gula merah sisir (me : gula aren, sisir)
\n1\u20444 sdt garam
\n1 lmbr daun pandan\/ kalau gak ada bisa di ganti dengan 1\u20442 sdt vanili bubuk<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Colenak Bandung<\/h2>\n

1. Potong2 tape, buang sumbu tengah nya, lalu pipihkan
\n2. Panaskan teflon, olesi dengan margarin, lalu panggang\/bakar tape nya, bulak balik biar gak gosong
\n3. Lanjut membuat saus nya : masukkan santan, gula merah, garam dan daun pandan, masak diatas kompor sambil diaduk hingga gula nya larut
\n4. Lalu saring, setelah disaring masukkan kelapa parut, masak hingga kuah mengental, angkat
