Bahan Klepon Spiral Roll Cake<\/h2>\n

Bahan roll cake :<\/strong>
\n3 butir telur
\n35 gr gula pasir
\n50 ml Indomilk Kental Manis
\n40 gr tepung terigu
\n10 gr tepung maizena
\n1\/2 sdt Pasta Pandan
\n65 gr margarin (lelehkan)
\n1\/2 sdm emulsifier
\nBahan isian :<\/strong>
\nUnti kelapa 1\/2 butir kelapa parut 150-200 gr gula aren(sisir halus) sedikit air 1 lembar daun pandan Masak hingga matang dan kalis
\nWhipcream :<\/strong>
\nsantan 150 gr whipcream bubuk 300 ml air es 1\/2 sdt pasta santan 2 sdm indomilk kental manis Campur semua bahan dan kocok hingga mengembang<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Klepon Spiral Roll Cake<\/h2>\n

Campur telur, Indomilk Kental Manis, gula pasir dan emulsifier dalam wadah, lalu mixer hingga kental berjejak.
\nMasukkan tepung terigu dan tepung maizena sambil diayak sedikit demi sedikit dan kocok speed rendah saja sebentar hingga tercampur rata.
\nMasukkan margarin leleh, aduk balik dgn spatula, lalu masukkan pasta pandan, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
\nTuang kedalam loyang ukuran 22×22 menjadi 2 loyang sama rata, ratakan permukaan dan banting pelan agar udara keluar.
\nMasukkan dalam oven yg sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu dgn suhu 200 derajat api atas bawah sekitar 15 menit atau hingga matang (Tergantung oven masing2)<\/p>\n

Penyelesaian<\/h2>\n

Setelah cake dingin, tuang whipcream dan oles merata dipermukaan cake lalu beri unti kelapa. Potong menjadi 4 bagian, lalu susun sambil digulung perlahan.
