Cara Membuat Clpeng Cikruh<\/h2>\n

Kecuali Air Mendidih Campur Rata Semua Bahan.
\nLalu Tuangi Air Mendidih, Aduk Rata\u00a0 Dg Sendok Kayu Kalo Sudah Tidak Terlalu Panas Uleni Dg Tangan Sampai Adonan Bisa Dibentuk.
\nUsahakan Adonan Agak Lembut Supaya Cipengnya\u00a0 Gak Keras Kalo Sudah Dingin, Kalo Lengket Olesi Tangan Dg Minyak\u00a0Saat Mencetak Adonan.
\nCetak Bulat2\u00a0Sebesar Kelereng, Letakan Diantara 2 Lembar Plastik\u00a0 Lalu Tekan Dengan Bagian Bawah Gelas Sampai Gepeng. Lakukan Sampai Adonan Habis.
\nSiapkan Minyak\u00a0 Masukan Cipeng Ke Dalam Minyak Yg Belum Telalu Panas,\u00a0Goreng Dengan Api Sedang Sampai Kulit Luarnya Kaku Dan Agak Kering.

3\u00a0siung bawang putih\u00a0 ukuran besar\u00a0dicincang halus
\n4 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulangnya lalu iris tipis
\n1,5 sendok sayur\u00a0 minyak atau secukupnya
\nBubuk cabe halus ( me aida) dan bubuk cabe kasar ( me boncabe ) sesuai selera
\nBumbu penyedap rasa ( me atom bulan )
\nJeruk purut\/ jeruk sambal ( opsional)<\/p>\n
