Bahan Kulit<\/h2>\n

100 gr Tepung ketan hitam
\n50 gr Tepung ketan putih
\n50 gr Kentang kukus, lumatkan
\n125-150 ml Santan, rebus hingga mendidih & biarkan hangat
\n1 sdm Gula pasir halus
\n1\/4 sdt Garam
\nDaun pisang secukupnya untuk alas
\nMinyak sayur untuk mengoles<\/p>\n

Bahan Isi<\/h2>\n

100 gr Kacang Ijo kupas, rendam 1 jam lalu kukus sampai matang
\n200 ml Santan
\n1\/4 sdt Garam
\n50 gr Gula pasir
\n1\/4 sdt Vanilli bubuk<\/p>\n

Cara Buat<\/h2>\n

1. Isi : blender semua bahan, tuang dalam teflon. Masak sambil diaduk hingga kalis, dinginkan. Ambil sedikit adonan isi, bentuk bulat sesuai selera (sy@ 15 gr)
\n2. Kulit : campur semua bahan kering, tuang santan hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga adonan kalis tapi masih lemes dan mudah dibentuk. Apabila santan ada sisa, tidak usah dituang krn nanti adonan terlalu lembek (pemakaian santan tergantung kadar air kentang kukus yang beda2).
\n3. Ambil secukupnya adonan kulit (sy@ 25 gr) pipihkan adonan, beri isian, lalu bentuk bulat sampai isinya tertutup rapat.
\n4. Masukkan ke cetakan kue Ku yg sdh ditaburi tepung ketan putih tipis2 (jika menggunakan cetakan plastik, oles tipis dg minyak sayur), tekan perlahan agar motifnya keluar. Lalu keluarkan dr cetakan dengan diketok perlahan diatas alas daun yg sdh dioles sedikit minyak. Lakukan sampai adonan habis
\n5. Panaskan kukusan, lalu kukus kue selama 15-20 menit\/hingga matang. Dan setiap 3 menit buka kukusannya, agar kue tidak melebar (jgn lupa tutup kukusan dilapisi kain agar uap air tidak menetes ke adonan).
\nSetelah matang angkat dan langsung dioles permukaan dg minyak sayur agar kue tdk kering. Setelah dingin, segera kemas dg plastik satuan agar kue tetap lembut.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
