400gr terigu protein tinggi
\n100gr terigu protein sedang
\n50gr susu bubuk
\n11gr ragi instant
\n200gr kentang kukus (haluskan dan dinginkan)
\n100gr gula kastor
\n75gr mentega
\n1\/4sdt garam
\n2 butir telur
\n100ml air\/sus cair dingin<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Donat Kentang<\/h2>\n

Campurkan terigu, susu bubuk, gula dan ragi. Aduk hingga rata. Tambahkan kentang halus, masukkan telur dan tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga rata dan setengah kalis.
\nmasukkan garam dan mentega, terus uleni hingga kalis elastis. Diamkan kurleb 20-30 menit, tutup dengan serbet lembab agar adonan tidak kering
\nkempiskan adonan, bagi adonan sesuai selera (me: 40gr), bulatkan. Diamkan 20-30 menit hinnga mengembang.
